El gerente de Es Gremi, Pepe Bauz\u00e1 (Palma, 1972), es adem\u00e1s uno de los socios fundadores de este centro musical, que fue inaugurado en 2003. T\u00e9cnico en Administraci\u00f3n y Direcci\u00f3n de Empresas, Bauz\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n es coach y posee asimismo el t\u00edtulo de Programaci\u00f3n Neuroling\u00fc\u00edstica. M\u00e1s recientemente, hizo en CAEB un curso de Alta Direcci\u00f3n. Su pasi\u00f3n por la m\u00fasica queda patente a lo largo de toda la entrevista, que transcurre con gran cordialidad.<\/strong>
