Con m\u00e1s de 15 a\u00f1os de experiencia, ENO MALLORCA, organiza numerosas actividades, todas ellas vinculadas con el mundo vin\u00edcola, como talleres, visitas a bodegas\u2026 Debido al gran inter\u00e9s generado por este innovador proyecto de intercambio gastron\u00f3mico, el restaurante La Cocina China se ofrece a patrocinarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El evento se desarrollar\u00e1 en el restaurante La Cocina China (calle Arag\u00f3n, 33) de la siguiente manera: se presentar\u00e1n cinco tapas, cuatro saladas y una dulce, representativas de esta cultura que se ir\u00e1n maridando con cinco vinos que se han considerado los m\u00e1s adecuados (blancos, rosados, tintos y espumosos). Poco antes de finalizar la cata, el guitarrista madrile\u00f1o \u00c1lvaro Anaya ofrecer\u00e1 a todos los asistentes un peque\u00f1o concierto como parte de esa fusi\u00f3n de
