{"id":11168,"date":"2023-12-14T12:32:19","date_gmt":"2023-12-14T11:32:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pimem.islahosting.org\/sin-categorizar\/pimeb-el-govern-anuncia-una-ley-de-conciliacion-para-hacer-compatible-la\/"},"modified":"2026-06-16T09:22:34","modified_gmt":"2026-06-16T07:22:34","slug":"pimeb-el-govern-anuncia-una-ley-de-conciliacion-para-hacer-compatible-la","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pimem.islahosting.org\/es\/institucional\/pimeb-el-govern-anuncia-una-ley-de-conciliacion-para-hacer-compatible-la\/","title":{"rendered":"El Govern anuncia una ley de conciliaci\u00f3n para compaginar la vida laboral y familiar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La presidenta, Marga Prohens<\/strong>, ha anunciado este mi\u00e9rcoles que el Govern elaborar\u00e1, en di\u00e1logo con los agentes sociales, una <strong>ley de conciliaci\u00f3n y corresponsabilidad de Baleares<\/strong> \u00abpara mejorar la vida de los trabajadores de las islas\u00bb y que \u00abha de hacer compatible la vida profesional y familiar\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prohens ha recalcado que la norma tendr\u00e1 en cuenta las caracter\u00edsticas del tejido social de Baleares para evitar que solo pueda aplicarse en la administraci\u00f3n y en grandes empresas y<strong> sea aplicable en las pymes, <\/strong>en la rueda de prensa posterior a la primera reuni\u00f3n de la Mesa de Di\u00e1logo Social de la legislatura. Seg\u00fan la presidenta, la ley \u00abha de garantizar la igualdad de oportunidades entre hombres y mujeres y ayudar a acortar la brecha digital que existe en perjuicio de la mujeres y que sigue vinculado a que las mujeres son quienes aparcan sus carreras profesionales y quienes de manera abrumadoramente mayoritaria piden las reducciones de jornada y las excedencias laborales\u00bb. Ha indicado que la ley profundizar\u00e1 en cuestiones como la normativa de contratos en el sector p\u00fablico, plantear\u00e1 incentivos para la contrataci\u00f3n de mujeres en sectores donde tengan mayores dificultades de acceso y mecanismos para favorecer la segunda oportunidad y la reincorporaci\u00f3n de las mujeres que hayan dejado el mercado laboral varios a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
