Habtur ha visto con satisfacci\u00f3n la sentencia del TSJB donde se da luz verde al alquiler en plurifamiliares en Palma. La asociaci\u00f3n ha acogido con satisfacci\u00f3n la sentencia y cree que es el momento para que el ayuntamiento \u00abreflexione y se siente en una mesa para negociar una zonificaci\u00f3n justa para todos\u00bb. Habtur a\u00f1ade con declaraciones a PIMEM que \u00abno est\u00e1n a favor de una barra libre y que siempre han defendido que era necesario establecer zonas aptas y no aptas dentro de la misma ciudad\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
A ra\u00edz de la sentencia Habtur tambi\u00e9n ha recordado que antes de la prohibici\u00f3n del alquiler tur\u00edstico de pisos un estudio de Inatlas y, mirando todas las plataformas y sin repetici\u00f3n del inmueble, se estim\u00f3 que solo un 1,97% del total del parque de viviendas de Palma estaba dedicado a esta actividad.
