Biel Moragues presidente de ASATM asegura que la decisi\u00f3n tomada por el Consell de Mallorca a la hora de limitar la velocidad en la v\u00eda de cintura es una \u00abbarbaridad\u00bb. Asegura que \u00abcualquier incidente que hab\u00eda permit\u00eda poder superar los atascos ya que as\u00ed lo permit\u00eda poder ir a 120 km por hora cosa que ahora no ser\u00e1 posible y puede agravar m\u00e1s la situaci\u00f3n y provocar m\u00e1s atascos\u00bb.<\/p>\n
Moragues asegura que con respecto al medioambiente y la seguridad si puede tener cierta l\u00f3gica pero nunca desde la perspectiva de fluidez de tr\u00e1fico. El presidente de los taxis recuerda que ya en su momento se opusieron a los 30 km por hora en el centro de la ciudad ya que obliga a conducir con la segunda marcha del veh\u00edculo contaminando m\u00e1s y gastando m\u00e1s combustible del que ser\u00eda necesario.
