inspecci\u00f3n del ch\u00e1rter n\u00e1utico y evite que la aplicaci\u00f3n de criterios discutidos y actualmente recurridos pueda traducirse en sanciones a empresas que act\u00faan de buena fe y conforme a un marco normativo todav\u00eda controvertido.<\/p>\n<p>La asociaci\u00f3n entiende que, en un momento de litigiosidad abierta y de revisi\u00f3n regulatoria, la actuaci\u00f3n administrativa debe priorizar la proporcionalidad, la seguridad jur\u00eddica y la protecci\u00f3n del tejido empresarial que cumple con sus obligaciones.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La patronal del ch\u00e1rter n\u00e1utico solicita reconsiderar el enfoque de la campa\u00f1a para evitar que la presi\u00f3n administrativa penalice a las empresas que cumplen la legalidad y pagan sus impuestos.<\/li>\n<li>Se\u00f1alan la idoneidad de esperar a la resoluci\u00f3n de los recursos interpuestos por la Marina Mercante y la CNMC para evitar una inseguridad jur\u00eddica que podr\u00eda derivar en reclamaciones patrimoniales para la administraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>La asociaci\u00f3n advierte de que centrar los recursos \u00fanicamente en los operadores de la lista sexta podr\u00eda desviar la atenci\u00f3n sobre el verdadero ch\u00e1rter ilegal de particulares (lista s\u00e9ptima), provocando un involuntario efecto llamada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>(Foto: \u00c0lex Mestre, nuevo
