Esta jornada se dirige especialmente a <strong>hoteles, empresas de restauraci\u00f3n, asociaciones tur\u00edsticas y otros<\/strong> actores clave del sector. <strong>Rezero comunica que es necesario avanzar juntos hacia un modelo de residuo cero en las Illes Balears.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Durante esta jornada se compartir\u00e1 la experiencia de los proyectos <strong>Rewine<\/strong> y <strong>Take Away retornable<\/strong>, dos iniciativas que promueven modelos de reutilizaci\u00f3n en sectores clave como el del vino y el de la restauraci\u00f3n. Se contar\u00e1 con <strong>testimonios de proyectos europeos de reutilizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de \u00e9xito, que explicar\u00e1n de primera mano c\u00f3mo han impulsado sistemas eficientes de reutilizaci\u00f3n de botellas de vino y de envases para bebidas y alimentos para llevar, y c\u00f3mo han superado los principales retos que se han encontrado por el camino.
