Los d\u00edas 20 y 21 de noviembre, el campus de la Universitat de les Illes Balears ser\u00e1 el escenario del I Congreso Internacional de Ganader\u00eda Regenerativa, organizado por APAEMA con la colaboraci\u00f3n de la UIB y el proyecto estatal PASTURE+, en el marco del Plan de Recuperaci\u00f3n, Transformaci\u00f3n y Resiliencia y con el apoyo de la Fundaci\u00f3n Biodiversidad del Ministerio para la Transici\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica y el Reto Demogr\u00e1fico (MITECO). Con el lema \u201cRentabilidad, sociedad y servicios ambientales\u201d, el congreso reunir\u00e1 a ganaderos, t\u00e9cnicos, investigadores y representantes institucionales para abordar los retos y oportunidades de un modelo ganadero capaz de regenerar suelos, capturar carbono, mejorar la biodiversidad y reforzar el tejido social y econ\u00f3mico rural.<\/p>
Una nueva mirada sobre la ganader\u00eda. La ganader\u00eda regenerativa propone un cambio profundo en la manera de producir alimentos de origen animal, situando la salud del suelo, de los ecosistemas y la calidad de los productos como eje central. A lo largo de dos jornadas, el congreso explorar\u00e1 experiencias de gesti\u00f3n hol\u00edstica de pastos, manejo adaptativo, comercializaci\u00f3n con valor a\u00f1adido y evaluaci\u00f3n de los servicios ecosist\u00e9micos que genera la ganader\u00eda bien gestionada. Entre las ponencias m\u00e1s destacadas, habr\u00e1 intervenciones de expertos internacionales en manejo regenerativo, as\u00ed como un mensaje grabado del ec\u00f3logo Allan Savory, referente mundial en este \u00e1mbito. Tambi\u00e9n se presentar\u00e1n proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n aplicada y experiencias de ganaderos y ganaderas que ya est\u00e1n transformando sus sistemas productivos en las Illes Balears y en el resto del Estado.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
