No se trata solo de gestionar la responsabilidad social, sino de hacerlo de manera transversal, incorpor\u00e1ndola a la visi\u00f3n, la misi\u00f3n y el modelo de empresa.<br>Durante el encuentro se puso sobre la mesa un reto fundamental: las empresas disponen de pol\u00edticas de recursos humanos, marketing o inversi\u00f3n, pero pocas cuentan con una pol\u00edtica estructurada de relaci\u00f3n con la comunidad.
