Caldentey estuvo presente en la creaci\u00f3n de la asociaci\u00f3n y recuerda que solo dos personas dieron el paso aportando la cantidad de quinientas mil pesetas: Jordi Francis y Antoni Fontanet. El ya jubilado secretario asegura que con el tiempo han ido desapareciendo empresas. \u201cAl principio cont\u00e1bamos con un centenar de empresas y ahora somos 27. Recuerdo que fueron tres las personas que dieron el primer paso y lucharon por la marca y despu\u00e9s todos se aprovecharon, pero sin entrar a formar parte de la asociaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>
Caldentey tambi\u00e9n asegura que uno de los principales problemas ha sido la comercializaci\u00f3n, al no poder contar con puntos de venta. \u201cNunca ha sido f\u00e1cil. Recuerdo que tocamos las puertas de una gran superficie y nos ped\u00eda cien porcelletes cada d\u00eda.
