{"id":8638,"date":"2024-05-10T11:50:13","date_gmt":"2024-05-10T09:50:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pimem.islahosting.org\/sin-categorizar\/pimem-apoya-el-decreto-de-excesos-turisticos-pero-pide-extenderlo-a-mas\/"},"modified":"2024-05-10T11:50:13","modified_gmt":"2024-05-10T09:50:13","slug":"pimem-apoya-el-decreto-de-excesos-turisticos-pero-pide-extenderlo-a-mas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pimem.islahosting.org\/es\/institucional\/pimem-apoya-el-decreto-de-excesos-turisticos-pero-pide-extenderlo-a-mas\/","title":{"rendered":"PIMEM apoya el decreto de excesos tur\u00edsticos, pero pide extenderlo a m\u00e1s municipios"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde PIMEM se apoya y se valora como positivo la voluntad el Govern de les Illes Balears de atajar el turismo de excesos, compartiendo que es prioritario erradicar este tipo de turismo que no genera valor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dicho esto, desde la patronal mallorquina se propone superar la zonificaci\u00f3n de las tres zonas contempladas para extenderlo a toda la capital y a todo el litoral, incrementando el control policial en las zonas donde haya concentraci\u00f3n de este tipo de turismo de fiesta, ruido y alcohol en espacios p\u00fablicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalmente, desde PIMEM COMER\u00c7 se quiere dejar constancia su oposici\u00f3n a que sean precisamente los comerciantes quienes deban ver restringido su horario de apertura. M\u00e1xime si hablamos que est\u00e1 vinculada a una zonificaci\u00f3n en la que el potencial consumidor puede desplazarse a zonas pr\u00f3ximas sin limitaci\u00f3n horaria o incluso recurrir a la venta ambulante o irregular, tan presente como habitual. Es la administraci\u00f3n quien tiene y debe que ejercer la funci\u00f3n de control policial; no es el peque\u00f1o comerciante quien tiene que ver restringido su libertad empresarial de apertura y de
