La Asociaci\u00f3n Petits Hotels de Mallorca han denunciado que un art\u00edculo en la nueva reforma laboral indica en el punto 16 que el c\u00e1lculo de la antig\u00fcedad de los trabajadores del sector tur\u00edstico a efectos de despidos se har\u00e1 \u201cteniendo en cuenta toda la duraci\u00f3n de la relaci\u00f3n laboral\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cA pesar de que la relaci\u00f3n laboral de un trabajador fijo discontinuo sea de 6 meses al a\u00f1o, y que los otros 6 meses no mantenga ninguna relaci\u00f3n laboral, la empresa deber\u00e1 indemnizar como si hubiese trabajado los 12 meses\u201d, destaca Juan Manuel Ordinas, presidenta de dicha asociaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
