Laura Calvo ha intervenido en el I+D AGRO organizado por la cadena SER Radio Mallorca como responsable de marketing de Flor de Sal. Junto con tres empresas m\u00e1s del sector agroalimentario, Calvo ha defendido el \u00e9xito del producto local arraigado al territorio que actualmente goza de reconocimiento y de un mercado que valora mucho la autenticidad de los productos de Mallorca. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
La tambi\u00e9n vicepresidenta de PIMEM-Comer\u00e7 no ha pasado por alto las dificultades a las que se enfrenta la industria agroalimentaria de Mallorca y ha destacado los costes que representan las materias primas por el hecho insular y la dificultad de conseguir mano de obra cualificada para incorporar a las empresas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
